By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LoveZone vs Friend Zone (the "App"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and LoveZone vs Friend Zone ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the App. We recommend reading these Terms carefully before proceeding. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers. Additional terms may apply to certain features or services, which will be presented to you at the point of access.

You must meet the following requirements to use the App: • **Age Requirement:** You must be at least 18 years old. Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently deleted.

To access most features of the App, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure • Use only one account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited • Not impersonate any individual, organization, or entity • Notify us immediately at support@lovezone.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion. Account credentials must not be transferred or shared with any third party.

You agree to use the App only for lawful, respectful, and constructive purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: **Harmful Behavior:** • Harassing, threatening, bullying, stalking, or intimidating other users • Sending unsolicited or repetitive messages (spam) • Using the App to facilitate physical harm or in-person harassment **Deceptive Conduct:** • Creating false or misleading profiles • Impersonating another person or entity • Misrepresenting your identity, age, or intentions **Illegal Activity:** • Sharing content that is illegal, obscene, or exploitative • Using the App to solicit or facilitate illegal transactions • Distributing malware or attempting to compromise the App's security **Technical Abuse:** • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App • Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the App • Overloading or attempting to disrupt our servers or infrastructure Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion, and may be reported to law enforcement.

**Your Content:** You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App (photos, bio text, messages, quiz responses, etc.). By submitting content, you grant LoveZone vs Friend Zone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the App. **Our Content:** All other content in the App — including but not limited to the user interface, graphics, logos, code, and AI models — is the exclusive property of LoveZone vs Friend Zone or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without express written permission. **Trademarks:** "LoveZone vs Friend Zone," the LoveZone logo, and related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. **Feedback:** If you provide suggestions or feedback about the App, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

The App's AI-powered matching system, compatibility scores, and recommendation engine are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. These features use algorithms and machine learning models to suggest potential connections based on proximity, shared interests, and quiz responses. **Important Disclaimers:** • We do not guarantee any specific match outcomes, connections, or relationships. • Compatibility scores are estimates and do not reflect the full complexity of human relationships. • The AI system is continuously improved, and results may vary over time. • A high compatibility score does not guarantee a safe or successful interaction. Users are encouraged to use their own judgment when deciding whether to initiate contact with a match, and to prioritize personal safety at all times.

LoveZone vs Friend Zone offers optional premium features accessible via a paid subscription ("Premium"). **Billing:** • Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. • All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply depending on your location. **Cancellation:** • You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings or app store. • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until that date. • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. **Free Trials:** • If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. Charges will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires. **Price Changes:** • We may update subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

**By You:** You may delete your account at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. All your profile data, photos, messages, and match history will be permanently erased from our systems within 30 days. **By Us:** We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have: • Violated these Terms of Service • Engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform • Provided false information during registration • Repeatedly received complaints from other users **Effect of Termination:** Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss resulting from the termination of your account. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Your safety is our top priority. While we take steps to verify users and moderate content, we cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of every user. Please follow these safety practices: • **Meet in Public:** When meeting someone from the App in person for the first time, always choose a busy, public location. • **Tell Someone:** Let a trusted friend or family member know where you're going and who you're meeting. • **Trust Your Instincts:** If something feels wrong, leave. Your safety is more important than being polite. • **Don't Share Sensitive Information:** Avoid sharing your home address, workplace, financial details, or other sensitive data with matches early on. • **Report Suspicious Behavior:** Use the in-app reporting tools to flag any user who makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable. We review all reports and take appropriate action, including permanent bans where warranted. For emergencies, always contact local law enforcement.

**As-Is Service:** The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. **No Liability for User Conduct:** We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Users interact with each other at their own risk. **Third-Party Content:** The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. **Limitation of Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoveZone vs Friend Zone and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. **Maximum Liability:** Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. **Informal Resolution:** Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting us at legal@lovezone.app. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 days. **Arbitration:** If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. **Class Action Waiver:** You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. **Exceptions:** Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will: • Display a prominent notice within the App • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document • For significant changes, notify you via email or push notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
