Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment to Child Safety

HeartSync is committed to maintaining a safe environment. We have a strict 18+ policy and zero tolerance for any content or behavior that endangers minors, including Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Age Requirement

HeartSync is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We enforce age verification during profile setup by requiring a date of birth. Any user found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended and all associated data deleted.

Age Verification

During registration, users must provide their date of birth. Our system automatically blocks profiles where the calculated age is under 18. We continuously review reports of suspected underage users and take immediate action.

Proactive Monitoring

Our moderation team actively reviews flagged content and user reports. We use automated tools to detect and remove content that may exploit, abuse, or endanger minors. Suspicious accounts are reviewed and removed promptly.

Zero Tolerance Policy

HeartSync has a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. This explicitly includes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and any grooming behavior directed at minors. Violations result in immediate permanent bans and are reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

Reporting & Enforcement

Users can report any profile or content they believe involves a minor using the Report button on any profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations are immediately actioned and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.

CSAM Reporting Obligations

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, HeartSync reports any apparent violations involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the CyberTipline operated by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and preserve evidence as required.
